Earth Day Fair April 22nd, 2009

To celebrate Earth Day and highlight the benefits of sustainable living, Green Starkville, the MSU Environmental Collaborative Office (ECO), and the Appalachian Leadership Honors Program are hosting an environmental fair on Wednesday, April 22.

Held on MSU’s Old Main Plaza, between the cafeteria and the Colvard Student Union [map], the fair will feature a variety of information on environmental topics, sustainable solutions, and local initiatives. There will also be live music and art performances.

The fair is free and open to the public. Local organizations are invited and encouraged to participate. If your mission and activities speak to the betterment and sustainability of our earth, please join us and share your message. Volunteers are also needed to help support fair events.
